Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Enterprise92 collects when you use enterprise92.com and our tools (including Bill92 and Rabta92), how we use it, and the choices you have. We collect only what we need to run the Services.
Information we collect
- Account details: your name, email address and password (stored only in encrypted form), and optionally your business name and phone number.
- Content you add: for example invoices, client details, products, WhatsApp numbers and widget settings.
- Subscription and billing records: your plan, its status and dates, payment amounts, currency and transaction references. Payments are processed by Safepay. We never receive or store your full card number or CVV.
- Usage and security data: how much of each tool you use (to apply plan limits), and basic logs such as IP address, browser type, login times and important account events, to keep your account secure.
How we use it
- To provide the Services and apply your plan's features and limits
- To verify payments and activate, renew or change your plan
- To send service emails, such as email verification, password resets, receipts and renewal reminders
- To protect accounts, for example by detecting repeated failed logins
- To answer support requests and improve the Services
Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share it only with providers we need to run the Services, such as our hosting provider and Safepay for payments, or when the law requires it.
Security
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), encrypted password storage, access controls so that customers can only see their own data, and logging of important account and payment events. No online service can be completely secure, but we work to protect your information and keep improving.
Your choices
- Access and update: view and edit your profile in your dashboard.
- Export: ask for a copy of your data.
- Delete: ask us to delete your account. We will remove your personal data and content, except records we must keep by law, such as payment records for tax purposes.
- Emails: unsubscribe from non-essential emails at any time. Service emails about your account and payments will still be sent.
How long we keep data
We keep your data while your account is active. After you close your account we delete or anonymise it within a reasonable period, except billing records, which we keep for as long as the law requires. Security logs are kept for a limited time.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and keep your account secure, and we store your light or dark theme choice in your browser. We do not use advertising trackers.
Changes to this policy
If we make significant changes we will tell you by email or in your dashboard.
